In blackjack if the choice is given to surrender what is generally acceptable to go for it? losing half your bet is better than losing all of it. then again a gamble is not very fun if you keep on hesitating.

can a table also have both early surrender and late surrender or just one?

Knowing when to call it quits is a real battle for most gamblers. Losing half of your money is better than losing all of it, but at the back of your mind, you know that the opportunity is lost once you walk away on a bet...

Hesitating in gambling is something you don't want to show to your opponents. They can see you are afraid or having 2nd thoughts they will feed on to that and make you lose a lot. Controlled aggresiveness is what you should aim for. Just enough because too much will cost you too.

In blackjack I think only one of the two allowed on a table not both.

Not all casinos offer a surrender option. Not all tables has a surrender option too so if you want to have it as an option you should clearly watch out for an indication on the table.

I would rather not lose my bankroll. Only my winnings. your winnings is like your profit so at the end of the day if you leave with your original purse in hand, that's OK for me.
