Is the 5 card blackjack rule being recognized in major land-based casinos or online casinos? If my observatinos are correct I have not see in Las Vegas, Atlantic City or online casinos. Why is it not being followed?

No I think casinos don't follow that 5 card blackjack rule. If there are, it is very rare. I think thats coz the casino will be at a disadvantage. But it is easy to bust with 5 cards.

The 5-card charlie rule is allowed depending on the table I think. You will have to specifically look for one that has this rule.

This beats all the other hands including a dealer who has a higher total unless the dealer gets a blackjack.

Agreed with McDermott online casinos will not allowed that kind of game that put the online casino gambling in its low level in the industry, the software companies will be at risk if they provide this online casino game.
