Hi Online Casino Bluebook! :)

Have the affiliate programs by online casinos been affected since the
implementation of that US Internet gambling law that was enforced recently? I think it's called the UIGEA law.

So who here are affiliate partners for these online casinos? It's been a month since UIGEA. Any dips or big changes in conversions?

Been reading some blogs and news. A lot of affiliate programs are saying that there have been dips in revenues but very little to be concerned about for now. The overall "say" supposedly is that the UIGEA law hasn't really affected affiliate programs . Well it's too soon to say that right? It's only been a month since the UIGEA was finalized.

Internet marketers have a love hate relationship with online casino. YOu have a potential market of 12 million online players (and growing) and yet online casinos aren't legal in the US. It's like you are constantly walking a thin line between the wrong and the right.

All these regulations are for the safety of the players. Due to the anonymous nature of the internet, online casinos need to be regulated. its pretty easy to set up a casino and use it for something illegal like money laundering.

Oh and i would like to add to make sure that the casino program you are affiliated with is not located in the United States or its territories. You can check out the Terms of Service and scroll down to the part where they tell you which laws their casino is governed with.
