Over the years, has there been any change in PayPal's stance not accepting online casinos/gambling sites to transfer money through there system?
Are there any online casino websites now that will accept PayPal?

I know PartyPoker accepts paypal but they only approve of accounts from the UK.
For United States accounts, I don't know of any online casinos that accepts. I think Paypal pulled out of the gambling market 3 years ago to avoid disputes especially since online casinos aren't legal (yet) in the United States.

AFAIK when Ebay bought out PayPal back in July 2002, one of their actions was to stop accepting transactions that involved online gambling sites. Before the buy out, transferring money via PayPal was perfectly acceptable in numerous online casinos.
This many have changed over the years. Every now and then I'm sure some big online casino will strike a deal with PayPal that will be too hard to decline seeing the amount of money involved that will go through them.

Can't agree more! And when it happens, Paypal would be more strict when it comes to their TOS now that these online casinos are joining them (possible scams will surely be present as well). So, good luck to them!

I heard PayPal will be accepting transactions for/from online gambling sites. Maybe these are only rumors but there might be some truth to it. Anyone has heard of anything of this kind?
