I got about 6000 play money and im wondering how i can get FPPs and how i can get real money with that

You can't earn FPP from play money.
You can sell your play money on various internet sites, but the value of a play money chip is low, and they wont bother with you with only 6000 chips.
For example this site will buy 500,000 or more play chips at a rate of $1 per 100,000.

If you can't earn 500,000 in play chips though, you probably aren't ready to win real money games.
Another option is to sign up for any freerolls they have, get very lucky in them, and win a little cash. For the amount of time involved though, you might be better off crushing the play money games and selling the chips.
