Heya!
What happens if on a Double Up offer in video poker the card selected by the player ties with the machine face up card? Will the player get to keep the credits or is it a loss with casino keeping the win on the previous deal?

From what I know, you lose your credits. It's either win or lose. There is no in-between...

Double Up clearly states that YOU WIN if you CHOOSE a card with a HIGHER value than the one selected by the poker machine. (this is not verbatim but you get the idea)
A tie is not a higher value card so it counts as a loss. Try again, good luck and try to minimize double ups as much as possible.
