What is this a different poker game? Perhaps a street name for poker that is already being played a lot by the poker community?

Correct me if I'm wrong but is just another name for Seven Card Stud Poker. It is not even a variant of the game. Raz Poker is just one of those nicknames that people call it.

Not just the Seven Card Stud but the low-ball one. So it's actually the variant. All the same it is still Severn Card Stud.
