How Popular are those exotic games?

The type of game that you usually don't see at the average casino, like Spanish 21 or similar games. I have never really gotten into these, are they popular and/or fun?

I've heard about this one. A spanish version of blackjack and also got different rules compare to blackjack. And some are playing it by using CSM "shuffle machine".

never seen or heard about them on casinos nor online. sounds pretty cool but since it's not well-known, i think it's not the kind of game i'd be interested in.

Hmmm... I've never seen "exotic" card games in casinos. Most people either go for the poker or blackjack tables.
