Advertise with them if you want to target specific users. Don't just make a page. It will not get you anywhere. Facebook has better targeting options to offer because they have the information right there in the member's profile. Read ~ http://www.facebook.com/help/?page=203882222982239

I dont think you're allowed to make a page like that. However you can now advertise with them. According to their new guidelines online casinos, lotteries, sportbooks, poker rooms and other internet gambling organisations can now advertise on Facebook. So buy ad space but don't create a page... you'll just get banned.

Does this mean that PPC is now available for casinos on FaceBook?

Gambling ads is now allowed on Facebook but there are tight guidelines and only will be permitted to be targeted(shown) in countries where gambling is legal. This has been so for the past few months.

I guess today they filter it tightly. You just can't create one just like the personal page.
It depends on the purpose and also if you are affiliated on companies that has the interest on venturing into this.
I tried making on for a group i was in, and it just wouldn't allow something that has suffix (i.e. Inc) or anything that would sound like a company or a profitable institutions/ groups.
