Here we goes, just keep yourself busy. Being addicted by gambling doesn't mean you got no choice. You always have. For me I played casino and gamble sometimes for relaxation. There is nothing wrong playing poker, blackjack, etc. if you are on a right age. First thing is that you yourself controls what's best for you. If you find casino games suitable for your relaxation then that's when casino online goes in. :p

Hello! I just want to share my points of you. I guess there are bunch of ways to avoid it. I am not saying that you must stop playing. But at least you won't drive yourself into too much addiction.

Avoid addiction? I think there is no word such addiction on playing online games. I rather called it HOBBY than addiction. And to improve yourself read other topic here and you'll find what you are looking for.

hobby can always turn into addiction specially if it does not good and takes control over you. there is a big difference between these two and if you won't take time to understand each of them, you will never know that what once to be your hobby has turned into addiction.

the truth of the matter is, no gambling addicts admit they have problem and most of them don't realized how quickly it could take to become addicted to something. find support from family, friends or groups before it's too late.

a gambling addiction is as serious as any other addictions. it can ruin your life, family and even friends. therefore, it needs to be treated quickly or live with it and be wasted for the rest of your life.

avoiding is a very hard task especially if you're really into it. i think gamble is not that bad for as long as in moderation, you know when to gamble and when to stop. it is simply self discipline.

It's a choice you know. You can stop or you can keep going. It becomes an addiction when you let it control your life.

Addiction is an act on doing something repeatedly. Thing that can help you is to keep yourself intact (busy) do something that helpful like household chores and etc. It can help you drive through any boredom.

just avoid doing routine things, it will get you to confusion. i used to gamble online 2 hours everyday before heading for work. all the while i thought it was just a hobby but later on i realized that i was addicted to it.

It is ok to get addicted in playing but be sure not to use money in every play you do. Better to keep your money in a safe place that you will not tempt to used it for playing.
