we all know that you must be of legal age to be able to play on casinos. but how old is this legal age were talking? some say you must be at least 18 years old while other say you must be 21. so which is true?

really depends. from what i know, one must be at least 18, this is the minimum
age for most casinos.

the legal age for gambling is over 18 or 21 years old. i think this is where online gambling takes place because every one can gamble at any age. you can just simply say you're over 18 even if you're not and no one would know. :D

Some establishment are looking for an identification stuff just to make sure your an 18 or 21. But of course it is necessary for those who look younger than 18.

I think it depends on which state you're at. I'm pretty sure it's 21 in Nevada. The other's not too sure.

I used to work for an online casino. Their policy is 18 and up and they accept 18yo players even from countries where the legal age is 21. :rolleyes:

Don't try to lie about your age. Most casinos will have you fax them your ID before processing any payouts. :o

the risks of underage online gambling are serious, some aren't aware that the players could be underage so i think parents should monitor their children on this matter.
