why are women always underestimated by men every time they to play in casino? what do you think the reason why they do this?

i really don't know. may be because man always think they are superior than
woman. but personally, i never underestimated woman playing on casino and neither do i treat them as different.

many women are hesitant to play on casino because of male attitudes and that is true. well here's my thing, whatever the case, don't let things like this affect you or your playing. sometimes men tends to do this to distract you from concentration.

well i guess it's because man always believed that woman can only do better at home doing chores rather than going to casino and gamble. one thing that they didn't realized or should i say denial about is that there are things that woman can do better than man.

anyone who gamble on casinos whether man or woman shouldn't be underestimated because once they walked in that door means they have something to prove of themselves. it's a reality that everyone should accept.

Funny you should say this..Im on the other side of this I fear women a bit..

1. They are harder to read
2. They play the "I dont know what im doing" act very well
3. Women study. They usually study whatever it is they are going to do before they do it.
4. Women are not impulse creatures, they are calculated for the most part.
5. WHen you try to read them its hard to focus because its a women! She most likely has Nice eyes, lips, smile, etc.. something distracting!

Women are fierse competitors and if you think differently...Good luck!

But if i recall women were not allowed in a card rooms back in the day. It was a mans game, so this attitude kinda followed and is seen more so in the old timers. The new generation of players are so crazy and young gender no longer matters.

I think it's because of the 'weaker' gender thing.

I personally don't discriminate on sex while playing poker, but there are times when I do underestimate women players.

you are totally right about what you said prospector! woman are usually good on bluffing, they are quite hard to read. they know exactly what to do opposite to what usually man thinks. i also have a fear in woman especially that i'm not used to playing with them.

I agree on you Prospector. It's so hard for men to read what's on womens head. So id rather play with men only.

I think its because very few women play. Men will underestimate their experience level and will usually categorize women as amateurs. Oh well... must be the testosterone.... :D

Maybe because men thinks that they play better than women. I do not agree to this. They should not underestimate women because we all have our differences and we do not know what women are capable of.

funny how people treated women inside the casino. one thing i know for sure is that man underestimated woman for one reason, and that is because they're afraid to lose and so they're trying to do a defense mechanism.

Well I think due to it is mail dominated world. I think this is not right from any side. They should play casino and all the things which a normal men do. They deserve the same power like a men.
