You mean online? Ive been to a room where there was a bot and I didnt know. IRL? yes they are... to me anyways...

I believe all major poker rooms deal a fair game. I don't see a reason for a poker room to deal an unfair game.

I'm get confused, what room do you mean? Online or Real Casino game room? If you mean by having a fair deck of cards i don't think so. because most of them have a new set of deck of cards to play with.
