Have you ever witnessed any type of cheating in your time at the table?

i've noticed one time that someone cheated on the table but i didn't give much attention since i was only watching them play. :D

you can't just simply cheat on professional tournament or big game play. since they deal with big money. if they caught you they just simply disqualify and discard you.

why cheat when you know you can win. in game there are loser and winner. upon winning accept the victory and if you lose accept the fact they its not your time yet to win.

yup i've witnessed someone cheated on the game and it happens to be my friend. i don't know how it worked cos it happened so fast that nobody ever got to noticed.

I've witnessed someone get accused of card counting in Las Vegas get kicked out of the casino. In Las Vegas, Nevada card counting is illegal. Because it is considered, " a game of chance", by the law in Nevada, it is illegal to gain, or attempt to gain, an advantage over another player in a game of chance without their knowledge or approval.

And even though, one may argue that a casino has an advantage over a player, and the player does not necessarily know about it, the Nevada law states that once you begin to play a casino game, you acknowledge that the casino has an advantage over you and that you have accepted it. It's like signing an invisible waiver form, in my opinion.

Do you think casino's should have the right to excuse someone of card counting? There's really no way of proving it, otherwise.

that's so true lucky. your main opponent is the establishment itself, not the one in front of you playing cards and etc. but the management and there is nothing you can do with it. (you're more on a prisoner like)...

its a business strategy for them. in order for the business to survive they will conduct a rule about cheaters so that more player would feel comfortable while playing.

haven't witnessed it on actual table but i have witnessed and even tried cheating online.

Haven't seen any.. but i know there are really cheaters out there :D
