How did you become a poker player.

When i first met my Fiance he played poker online....to be honest i hadn't the slightest idea how the game was played or what all the poker phrases meant lol. It was really all like Dutch to me to begin with. Until through time he explained how the game worked slowly.......now....lol he can hardly get me off the computer because i enjoy it so much.....win or lose i love this game!

How did you all become interested in poker?

Well, My dad plays poker in the casino's alot because we live near vegas, so one day he took me there and i watched him, and after seeing him win alot of money id thought i give it a try, now ive been playing for 3 years and cant get enough

a friend of mine took me to a cassino where he played a really good game. it seemed fun.

I remember playing 5 card draw when I was younger, but I didn't really get into texas hold em until I constantly saw my roommate playing it online. After a while I started to take an interest in it and then next thing we knew we were playing all the time.

I have like to gamble for a while but I have just recently gotten into poker, I love it! I really enjoy the skill behind each play, sure there is luck involved too but not like those slot machines right.

By being bored in school, had nothing better to do, so we gambled in school.

Playing basic card games like solitaire on the computer which then graduated on to strip poker games :D

i used to play card games with a couple of friends while having a good drinks, until one day this friend introduce me to facebook where i play poker all day long, lol. that's when i get addicted!

Me and friends play it just for fun. I don't know how to play it at first. I just got bored and time by time when I know how to play it. I enjoyed it more and more. :p

I've heard about playing poker with friends is the beginning of their addiction. Mine was different I meet this girl playing poker, from then I want to play poker to play with her (beat her). That's how I started.
