if you mean by personal use then there are lots of casino chips you can buy at mall near to you. and as far as i know these casino chips can be change into a penny, inside the establishment/casino not outside.

you can get it around any mall but if you want to have quality chips, get it online and it's more cheaper i think.

it's easy to buy them and at an equally wide variety of costs. i recommend 9-gram chips. it's excellent to use for the occasional players.
